Tuesday: eating out
Wednesday: Cheese chicken carbonic w/Fettuccini, asparagus
Thursday: Hamburger helper with mixed veggies
Friday: Chicken w/Broccoli Rabe and white beans
Saturday: Spaghetti, salad, garlic knots
Sunday: Basil crusted cod, garden veggies and rice.
